1. Quit all programs.
2. In Control Panel, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Do one of the following:
   • If you installed your Microsoft Office program as part of an Office package, click Microsoft Office in the Currently installed programs box, and then click Change.
   • If you installed your Office program individually, click the name of your program in the Currently installed programs box, and then click Change.
4. In the Microsoft Office 2003 Setup dialog box, click Add or Remove Features, and then click Next.
5. Select Choose advance customization of applications, and then click Next.
6. Next to Office Shared Features, click the plus sign (+).
7. Next to International Support, click the plus sign (+).
8. Click the icon next to Universal Font, and then select the installation option you want.

Access Gmail with Outlook Express Using POP

To fetch mail from a Gmail account in Outlook Express and send through it, too:

• Make sure POP access is turned on for your Gmail account.
• Select Tools | Accounts… from the menu in Outlook Express.
• Click Add | Mail….
• Type your name under Display name:.
• Click Next >.
• Enter your Gmail address under E-mail address:.
• Click Next >.
• Make sure POP3 is selected under My incoming mail server is a __ server..
• Type “pop.gmail.com” under Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:.
• Enter “smtp.gmail.com” under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:.
• Click Next >.
• Type your full Gmail address under Account name:.
• Enter your Gmail password under Password:.
• Click Next >.
• Click Finish.
• Highlight the newly created pop.gmail.com account.
• Click Properties.
• Go to the Servers tab.
• Make sure My server requires authentication is checked under Outgoing Mail Server.
• Go to the Advanced tab.
• Make sure This server requires a secure connection (SSL) is checked under both Outgoing mail (SMTP): and Incoming mail (POP3):.
• Type “465″ under Outgoing server (SMTP):.
  • If the number under Incoming server (POP3): has not been changed to “995″ automatically, enter “995″ there.
• Click OK.
• Click Close.

Outlook Express will retrieve not only all mail you get at your Gmail address but also messages you send from the Gmail web interface.

With a filter that looks for mail that has your Gmail address in the “From” line, you can move these messages to the Sent Items folder automatically.

Access Gmail with Mozilla Thunderbird Using POP

To set up a Gmail account in Mozilla Thunderbird:

• Make sure POP access is turned on for your Gmail account.
• Select Tools | Account Settings… from the menu in Mozilla Thunderbird.
• Click Add Account….
• Make sure Gmail is selected.
• Enter your name under Your Name:.
• Type your Gmail user name (what precedes “@gmail.com” in your Gmail email address) under Email Address:.
• Click Continue.
• Now click Done.
• Click OK.

When you check mail, not only will you get all mail appearing in your Gmail Inbox but also messages you have sent from the Gmail web interface. You can set up a filter in Mozilla Thunderbird that looks for your address (or addresses if you send from multiple accounts in Gmail) and moves matching messages to the Sent folder.

Using Tools | Run Filters on Folder from the menu, you can apply the filter even after you have downloaded mail.

The simple way is to find the startup folder and place a shortcut over there.

Start–>All programs and if you can’t find it there then it will be in

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

put the shortcut of the program in this folder

Another way is Using the Registry:

The solution is to add the desired application into the registry telling it to start when Windows loads.

To do that you need to create a registry entry, which is very simple.

Run>”regedit”

in the registry, on the side click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run. You made it.

If you want to add something  right click (in the right part) and go to New>String Value. Name it what you will, such as “antivirus”, then double click on it and enter a path to the program you want (such as “C:\Program Files\EsetNod32\egui.exe”

Have a reboot to check it out, and thats all!  It works well! You will notice it coming up in msconfig start up options…. just check it out…!!!
